CONSULTATION
We gather information about the customer’s production requirements, such as the product to print and the mixtures and machines to use. We evaluate possible solutions and suggest the type of mould which best satisfies production efficiency and final product quality requirements.

DESIGN
We start with the sample and drawing of the O-ring or technical component to produce and we develop the digital project of the mould. We consider the types of mixtures used, the number of pieces to produce and the customer’s fleet of machines.

DEVELOPEMENT
Once the project has been carried out, we produce the mould using only quality steels in order to guarantee mould durability over time. We also evaluate the possibility of carrying out chromium plating to ensure optimal results during moulding phases.
